We are bringing much needed resources to make living, working and socializing in this area even easier. We have signed letters of intent with a grocery store and brewery to date. We plan to bring in local and national retailers.

The Frederick and The Douglass

The Frederick and The Douglass are two mixed-use multifamily apartment buildings set to begin construction in 2022. They will have immediate access to waterfront views, walking and biking trails and prime entertainment areas such as the Capital Riverfront. The apartment buildings will hold 12% as designated workforce affordable housing units.

District Towns at St. Elizabeths East

In 2021 we broke ground on 88 new construction, open concept townhomes with garages. 27 townhomes will be sold at affordable prices, below market value to ensure that the complex is inclusive to all socioeconomic backgrounds.

Whitman-Walker HealthCare Center

Whitman-Walker Health has pre-leased 118,000 square feet of office space that will house preventative treatment, therapy and psychiatry, HIV/AIDs and LGTBQ support, dental and social services as well as a  pharmacy. Redbrick broke ground on July 16, 2021 and is scheduled to complete construction in 2022. VISIT SITE

Upcoming Projects

We control over 700,000 square feet of buildable density that will become office, multifamily, and retail spaces in a multi-phased cohesive environment, immediately adjacent to the arena/sports complex (home to the Washington Mystics and practice site of the Washington Wizards).
