Dan Nicolaus

Senior Development Analyst

Daniel Nicolaus supports Redbrick LMD’s development and construction activities, with a special focus on the underwriting, entitlement, design, permitting, and construction of the company’s planned 2.7 million-square foot Bridge District project in Southeast D.C.

Prior to joining Redbrick, Dan worked on the development team at CRC Companies in Arlington, Virginia, where he focused primarily on the entitlement, design, construction, and asset management of CRC’s transit-oriented, mixed-use assets in Northern Virginia.

 

He volunteers on the Programs Committee for ULI Washington, through which he organizes project tours, panel discussions, and other experiential events in the D.C. market. He is also active in the ULI Young Leaders Group mentorship program.

 

Daniel holds a B.A. in Economics from the Honors College at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
