Marcus Goodwin has over nine years of experience in real estate development focused on acquisitions, financing and dispositions, with a keen focus on financial modeling. He has also secured retail leases, structured tax increment financing bonds, responded to successful RFPs and negotiated community benefits agreements.

Marcus is a graduate of University of Pennsylvania and Harvard University’s Graduate School of Design.
