Robert Levin is a Director and the Treasurer of the Bladder Cancer Advocacy Network and is a Trustee Emeritus at Morehouse College. He is a member of the Advisory Council of the Stanford Center on Longevity. He previously served on the board of Ellie Mae. Rob worked 28 years at Fannie Mae. He currently serves as a Senior Advisor to Redbrick LMD.

Lucian joined the Redbrick team in 2023 as a strategic advisor for business development and portfolio expansion. He is currently engaged in initiatives to establish cyber security and defense technology facilities in Washington DC, to expand maritime construction capacity, to develop energy and data center campuses, and to accelerate design/construction processes using artificial intelligence/virtual twins. Lucian also applies his service on corporate boards providing expertise for rapid acquisition of emerging technologies.

Over three decades, Lucian served in the White House, the Pentagon, and in Congress providing budget, policy, and management leadership for U.S. national security programs. The Honorable Niemeyer served as an Assistant Secretary of Defense managing the world’s largest real property portfolio valued at a trillion dollars. Lucian also served as an Assistant Secretary of the Navy, and in the Office of Management and Budget at the White House overseeing national security, nuclear, and intelligence programs. From 2003 to 2014 he served on the professional staff of the United States Senate Committee on Armed Services responsible for legislative and budget oversight over a wide portfolio of national security programs. He also led portfolios for Air Force and Navy acquisition programs as well as DOD budgets.

Lucian also serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Building Cyber Security, a private sector, non-profit organization enhancing global safety through the development of cyber security protections for intelligent technologies, buildings and communities. In this role, he applies his expertise and experience to the nexus of facilities, real estate, and technology to mitigate the risk and impacts to society from the growing threat of cyber incidents.

Lucian founded The Niemeyer Group, LLC in 2014, providing public and private sector clients strategic advisory services for economic and business development. In 2023, he joined NADSCO Tech LLC an advisory and management business serving real estate, telecommunications, and technology providers to accelerate development and deployment of revolutionary digital, wireless, and building technologies. He also serves as a founding Principal Director for the non-profit organization, United Coalition for Advanced Nuclear Power (UCAN Power) to promote the use of clean, safe nuclear reactors for national security and commercial use.

Lucian is an Air Force veteran with 21 years of active and Virginia Air National Guard service. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Notre Dame, a Master of Business Administration from The George Washington University, and a Master of National Security and Strategic Studies from the Naval War College. He is a Fellow in the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME), an Honorary Seabee, and actively promotes Standards of Care for cyber safety in the engineering profession.

Admiral Christopher Weaver graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy with the Class of 1971, majoring in International Affairs. He holds a Master of Public Administration from The George Washington University and is a distinguished graduate of the Eisenhower School for National Security and Resource Strategy, The National Defense University.
He commanded U.S. Naval Station, Norfolk, Virginia, from 1994-96 immediately prior to assuming duties as executive officer to the director for Logistics (J-4), the Joint Staff. He was selected for flag rank in February 1997 and took command of the Naval District of Washington in February 1998 as its 83rd commandant, ultimately becoming the second-longest serving commander in the Naval District’s 200-year history. In 2003, he was selected as the first commander, Navy Installations Command, where he led the creation of a unified command of some 70 Navy installations worldwide, employing 60,000 personnel and a $9 billion annual operating budget. Admiral Weaver retired after 35 years of service and now works as a private consultant.
