Redbrick Portfolio

Redbrick has an approximate 6 million square foot pipeline of owned or controlled land in the Washington DC area, of which a significant portion is located in an Opportunity Zone. Two neighborhood developments — the Bridge District and St. Elizabeths East — are currently in various stages of development and construction. The majority of the land under development is along the Anacostia River in Southeast DC and adjacent to national parks, miles of pedestrian and bike trails, and accessible to public transportation via the Green Metro line.

In early 2025, Redbrick delivered the largest multifamily building in the world to seek ILFI Zero Carbon certification. It is one of multiple Redbrick LMD buildings presently under design, development or construction which are designed to achieve ILFI Zero Carbon certification, putting Washington DC on the map as a leader in decarbonization.

Redbrick also has a significant development pipeline of opportunities nationally designed to provide solutions to some of the most pressing issues related to our national security including the reutilization of our maritime industrial base as well as well as data and energy initiatives . Working closely with the Department of Defense and other partners, Redbrick is at the forefront of helping transform the path forward for these critical missions.
