The Vistas is a 1,065 unit workforce housing complex in Annandale, VA. It has 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartment and 2- and 3-bedroom townhomes. The Amberleigh

The Amberleigh consists of 752 units with 1-,2- and 3-bedroom units and 2- and 3-bedroom townhomes. The property includes a fitness center, clubhouse, swimming pool, business center, playground and valet trash service. Redbrick purchased it in 2015. VISIT SITE

Restaurants and Retail

We are bringing much needed resources to make living, working and socializing in this area even easier. We have signed letters of intent with a grocery store and brewery to date. We plan to bring in local and national retailers.

The Frederick and The Douglass

The Frederick and The Douglass are two mixed-use multifamily apartment buildings set to begin construction in 2022. They will have immediate access to waterfront views, walking and biking trails and prime entertainment areas such as the Capital Riverfront. The apartment buildings will hold 12% as designated workforce affordable housing units.

District Towns at St. Elizabeths East

In 2021 we broke ground on 88 new construction, open concept townhomes with garages. 27 townhomes will be sold at affordable prices, below market value to ensure that the complex is inclusive to all socioeconomic backgrounds.
