Brian Pfeffer

Development Analyst

Brian Pfeffer supports Redbrick LMD’s development and construction activities, with a focus on underwriting, entitlement, design, and permitting. Prior to joining Redbrick LMD, Brian’s experience includes his role as an Analyst for the Howard Hughes Corporation. Brian is also an active member of the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association and the DC Urban Land Institute.

Brian holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a double major in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics, and Supply Chain Management, and a minor in Sustainability.
