Greg Maziarz

Vice President, Asset Management

Greg Maziarz has 18 years of experience in real estate management in the Mid-Atlantic Region.  His portfolio consists of commercial, residential, industrial, government and medical office properties. At Redbrick LMD, Greg leads the asset management for the firm, with focus on the lease up and stabilization of the Bridge District along with all other Redbrick properties.

Prior to joining Redbrick LMD, Greg was the Vice President of Asset Management for Dominion Realty Partners (DRP), where he led the asset management activities for their internal and externally managed properties in the Virginia & North Carolina markets. His primary responsibilities included asset management, acquisitions, lease-up, overseeing property management, and interacting with JV partners and other stakeholders. Prior to DRP, Greg worked at Cushman & Wakefield and The RMR Group in the DC Metro and Boston markets.

Greg holds a B.S. in Accounting from Bentley University in Waltham, MA.  In his spare time, he enjoys the outdoors with his wife and dog, and tending to his family vineyard in Northern Virginia.
