Joel Causey

Joel Causey has over 20 years of experience in commercial and residential construction in the Metropolitan Washington Area. At Redbrick LMD, he assists the partners and EVP on all aspects of Preconstruction, Construction and manages the design process, permitting, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, contract negotiation, and construction management.

Prior to joining the Redbrick team, Joel worked at Turner Construction and oversaw several major DC projects including the $693 million Nationals Ballpark and the $200 million Wisconsin Place Mixed-Use Development. In addition, he worked at The Bainbridge Companies where he managed several multifamily projects throughout the East coast region. Joel attended Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia where he studied Administration of Justice. He holds Certifications from the US Corp of Engineers CQM-C, NAVFAC QA/QC, and in the Fundamentals of Construction Law. Joel also serves on DC Construction Codes Coordinating Board.
