Victoria Mills is a Senior Development Analyst at Redbrick LMD, where she focuses on the development of Washington, DC’s largest mass timber project. She brings four years of real estate experience across Washington, DC, Maryland, Virginia, and West Virginia, with expertise in underwriting, feasibility analysis, and development strategy, and is passionate about creating thoughtful, high-quality homes for people and communities.
Prior to Redbrick LMD, Victoria worked in land acquisition at Lennar as a Feasibility Manager, evaluating development opportunities and financial viability. She began her career in multifamily brokerage at MAC Realty Advisors in Washington, DC, supporting investment analysis and market research.
Victoria earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Pittsburgh in 2021, with minors in Mathematics and Business Accounting.
