David Patterson

Vice President, Investments

David Patterson has several years of experience in real estate acquisitions and investment banking. At Redbrick LMD, he leads the investments team and is focused on the firm’s underwriting, acquisition, disposition, and capital structure development efforts.

Prior to his current role, David worked as an Associate for Bridge Investment Group where he acquired and developed industrial assets. Additionally, he was an Investment Banking Associate at both Truist Securities and Johnsen, Fretty & Co, where he advised real estate and media companies through M&A, LBO, and equity / debt transactions.

David has an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a BS in Finance from George Mason University.
