We are honored to have been chosen by the Mayor of District of Columbia to be the Master Developer on Phase I and Phase II for St. Elizabeths East.
Restored buildings, infil housing, office and entertainment space are bringing economic revival to southeast DC.
In 2021 we broke ground on 88 new construction, open concept townhomes with garages. 27 townhomes will be sold at affordable prices, below market value to ensure that the complex is inclusive to all socioeconomic backgrounds.

Whitman-Walker Health has leased 118,000 square feet of medical office space for the Max Robinson Center which will offer primary, dental, behavioral and substance abuse treatment, as well as a pharmacy. Redbrick broke ground in July 2021 and completed construction in December 2022.

Redbrick owns 2.2 million square feet of matter-of-right mixed-use density at the foot of the new Frederick Douglass Memorial Bridge. We are working to construct a new neighborhood where people of all socioeconomic backgrounds can live, work and play.

The Frederick and The Douglass are two mixed-use multifamily apartment buildings set to begin construction in 2022. They will have immediate access to waterfront views, walking and biking trails and prime entertainment areas such as the Capital Riverfront. The apartment buildings will hold 12% as designated workforce affordable housing units.
We are bringing much needed resources to make living, working and socializing in this area even easier. We have signed letters of intent with a grocery store and brewery to date. We plan to bring in local and national retailers.
The Amberleigh consists of 752 units with 1-,2- and 3-bedroom units and 2- and 3-bedroom townhomes. The property includes a fitness center, clubhouse, swimming pool, business center, playground and valet trash service. Redbrick purchased it in 2015.

The Vistas is a 1,065 unit workforce housing complex in Annandale, VA. It has 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartment and 2- and 3-bedroom townhomes. The property has a bilingual staff, fitness center, clubhouse, swimming pool, business center, grill stations, a playground and weekly Farmer's Market. Redbrick purchased it in 2015.

Redbrick comprehensively renovated this 106-unit residential building in Piermont, NY, transforming it from a Class C to a Class A rental building.
Redbrick developed this 360,000 square foot, mixed-use development in Alexandria, VA with 290 luxury residential units and 10,000 square feet of ground floor retail.
Redbrick acquired and developed a plan to convert the former US Coastguard Headquarters from a vacant office building to a luxury, waterfront residential building. We exited the project before construction commenced.
