They will have immediate access to waterfront views, walking and biking trails and prime entertainment areas such as the Capital Riverfront. The apartment buildings will hold 12% as designated workforce affordable housing units.
The Vistas is a 1,065 unit workforce housing complex in Annandale, VA. It has 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartment and 2- and 3-bedroom townhomes. The property has a bilingual staff, fitness center, clubhouse, swimming pool, business center, grill stations, a playground and weekly Farmer's Market. Redbrick purchased it in 2015.

Redbrick acquired and developed a plan to convert the former US Coastguard Headquarters from a vacant office building to a luxury, waterfront residential building. We exited the project before construction commenced.
