Mr. Dubin is a 4th generation real estate investor and developer. He and his partners are the largest private landowners in Washington, DC, with owned and controlled assets of over 9 million square feet of developable land with a future capitalization in excess of $6 billion. Over his 35-year career, Louis has invested over $2.5 billion of equity in U.S.-based real estate assets and over $1 billion internationally, with a portfolio value of approximately $6 billion. He has overseen the execution and completion of over 35 real estate developments and investments, including land development, resort, residential for sale, multifamily rental, office, self storage, and master-planned communities.
Louis completed his undergraduate work at Washington & Lee University and his law degree at The Washington College of Law, American University. He was appointed Chair of the NY State Common Retirement Fund Real Estate Committee in 2023 after serving on the Committee for 20 years. Louis also served as Chair of the Governor’s Workforce Board of the State of Maryland for 7 years and as a board member of the Patton Veteran’s Project for over 5 years. Mr. Dubin was a board member at the Hewitt School (NYC) for 13 years, where he chaired the building committee for approximately 12 years. Mr. Dubin has also served on the board of the Lincoln Center Institute (NYC) and the Kauffman Center (NYC).
William Passmore is a Managing Partner of Redbrick LMD. He has extensive experience in structuring and negotiating joint venture investment partnerships.
Prior to joining Redbrick in 2005, William was a partner at McKinsey and Co., where he held a series of leadership positions in the private equity, telecommunications, and marketing practices. He is a graduate of Stanford University Graduate School of Business and Imperial College in London.
Tom Skinner is a founding member of Redbrick LMD and is one of the firm’s three Managing Partners. He has invested in and developed close to $2 billion in real estate assets and established a pipeline of over $4 billion in future development projects.
Prior to founding Redbrick, Tom invested in or founded numerous operating businesses primarily in the real estate, technology and financial services industries. Tom began his professional career at McKinsey & Co. where he worked with financial institutions on strategy issues. Tom earned his Ph.D. in economics from MIT and his BA in economics from Oxford University.
Paul Elias has over 35 years of experience in commercial and residential construction, with 25 of those years focused on the Washington, DC metropolitan area. His responsibilities at Redbrick LMD encompass all aspects of Preconstruction and Construction, including managing the design process, permitting, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, contract negotiation and construction management.
Prior to joining Redbrick, Paul was the Senior Vice President, Director of Construction for JBG SMITH, where he managed a large team of construction professionals to complete over 80 ground-up developments valued at $4.5 billion. He was the 2018 Chairman of the Board of the Associated Builders and Contractors of Metro Washington and presently serves as past chairman.
Trisha A. Miller oversees fundraising, investor relations, marketing, operations and product development for Redbrick LMD. She has over thirty-five years of experience working with various wealth management platforms in the distribution of investment products. She is a Certified Financial Planner® and holds several securities licenses, including the Series 7 and 24 licenses.
Previously Trisha acted as Executive Managing Director of Robert A. Stanger, where she served as a consultant to institutional real estate managers and other alternative asset managers to assist with the development and implementation of their retail fundraising capability. Prior to that, she was CEO of Starwood Capital, LLC, the broker/dealer affiliate of Starwood Capital Group, a $60 billion private equity firm with a primary focus on global real estate. In addition, she was CEO, Head of Distribution and National Sales Manager at Carey Financial, LLC, W. P. Carey’s broker-dealer, where she led the capital raising function for real estate and credit funds for nine years. Trisha earned her B.A. from Chatham College in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and her MBA in Finance and Marketing from the Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh.
Amber Smith has over a decade of experience in accounting, private equity fund management, and commercial real estate. At Redbrick LMD, she oversees the accounting and finance team. In this role she is focused on strengthening the core accounting and finance functions and assisting with company-wide decision-making and performance tracking.
In prior roles she oversaw the accounting and daily operations for investment funds with over $1.25B of assets under management at JBG Smith, formerly JBG. In her most recent role as a Senior Manager at Baker Tilly Amber audited and advised real estate private equity investment funds and closely held real estate companies. She was also chair of the Growth and Retention of Women committee and focused on mentoring future female leaders at the firm.
Amber is a member of CREW DC. She is a CPA and received her B.A.s from the University of Maryland where she graduated Cum Laude.
Todd Steighner has over 30 years of experience in commercial design, development and construction, including 20 years in the Metropolitan Washington Area. He started his career in the traditional practice of architecture and over the last half of his career has applied that experience representing owners.
At Redbrick, LMD, his main responsibilities include Preconstruction and Construction, focusing on all stages of design and construction with an expertise in mixed-use, multi-family projects.
Prior to joining Redbrick, LMD, he was Vice President of Construction for JBG Smith, formerly JBG, where he focused on design, quality assurance, product procurement and construction. During his 12-year tenure there, Todd completed over 15 projects with combined construction costs in excess of $1.1 billion. He was on the Board of Directors for the DC Chapter of the American Institute of Architects from 2015-2019 where he offered an owner’s perspective relative to architectural services.
Mei Li has the day-to-day responsibility for all areas of entitlement, predevelopment and development of Redbrick LMD’s project at St. Elizabeths East. Mei has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate including acquisitions, dispositions, development and financing.
Starting her career at Oxford Properties Group in acquisitions, Mei has completed $4 billion transactions and has managed the development of 1.8M SF of office and 750 multifamily units. Mei is active in CREW DC and ULI Washington. She holds a BA, MBA and is a graduate of ULI Washington’s Regional Land Use Leadership Institute.
Ayisha Swann has several years’ experience developing large-scale multifamily, condo and retail properties in Northern Virginia and Washington, DC. At Redbrick LMD, her focus is on multifamily and retail development in the Bridge District.
Prior to joining Redbrick LMD, she worked for JBG Smith, where she developed several large-scale, mixed-use projects, including the Gallaudet/6th Street Redevelopment and Eckington Yards. Her responsibilities included entitlement, financing, community relations, design, and construction oversight.
Ayisha has an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a BA in Geography and English from Dartmouth College.
Jake Block leads Redbrick LMD’s investor relations, capital formation and stakeholder engagement efforts in the Western region of the United States. He is an accomplished financial service professional with expertise working with investors (institutional and individual) and corporate clients.
Prior to joining Redbrick, Jake was the Managing Principal of JBB Capital – a merchant banking advisory and venture capital firm – and an entrepreneur in residence at Plug and Play Ventures. Previously, he was a private banker and director in Deutsche Bank's San Francisco office, primarily working with family offices, entrepreneurs and founders on various investing and lending needs. Prior to that, he worked for BNY Mellon as a senior business development officer. For seven years, he ran the European Equities business on the West Coast for Nomura Securities (formerly Lehman Brothers). He also was an Assistant Vice President of Acquisitions at Sovereign Investment Company, a division of Marcus & Millichap, where he purchased over $2 billion in commercial real estate. He began his career as an investment banker, primarily in technology, at Bank of America Securities, Credit Suisse and Schroders.
He is also a board member of various nonprofits whose core issues are improving opportunity, economic growth, education and equal opportunity.
Jake earned his MBA in finance from London Business School and a BA in economics from Vassar College. He also holds the Series 7 and 63 securities licenses.
Ray DeSantis is a Managing Director and Sales Manager of Capital Markets, leading Redbrick LMD’s investor relations, capital raise and stakeholder engagement efforts in the Northeast. He is an accomplished financial services professional with expertise working with institutional and individual investors, RIAs and Family Offices.
Prior to joining Redbrick, Ray served as Vice President at the CIM Group, building out their Private Wealth Channel with a focus on RIAs and Family Offices. He was a part of the team that helped introduce CIM to wealth groups, through Opportunity Zones, Core, Infrastructure and Credit funds. In previous roles, Ray was Vice President for Resources Real Estate, a multi-family focused firm based in Philadelphia where he raised capital for their non-traded REIT and Limited Partnerships from financial advisors, RIAs and broker dealers.
Ray graduated from Saint Anselm’s College and received his MBA from Bryant University.
Rachel Lopez has been the Director of Accounting for over a decade. She began her career at Redbrick and now handles all monthly and annual financial reporting as well as tax preparation.
Jennifer Lamb manages Redbrick LMD’s portfolio of properties and is responsible for the performance of its owned assets, leveraging data and lessons learned to assist in the underwriting of new investment and development opportunities. She also oversees our third-party property management team.
Prior to joining Redbrick, she was on the operational side of property management. Starting her career with Equity Residential as a leasing professional working her way through the racks. After 9 years with EQR, Jennifer joined Greystar as Senior Community Manager.
Lindsay Morton serves as Redbrick LMD’s Vice President of Community Engagement and Corporate Impact. She is staunchly involved in and focused on community preservation, engagement and progression, with experience at both the local and national levels. Lindsay recently served as the Director of Community Engagement in the Office of the Attorney General for the District of Columbia where she advised the senior attorneys and led community initiatives under the direction of Attorney General Karl A. Racine.
Before that role, she served as Director of the Healthy Markets Program at Martha’s Table where she launched Joyful Food Markets — an after-school grocery program that provides healthy food and nutrition education to over 6,000 elementary students each month. She also aided in the development and opening of a one-of-a-kind Whole Foods Market "community store" in New Orleans, LA. Lindsay earned her B.S. in business from Boston College and a Master’s in Sports Industry Management from Georgetown University.
Clarissa Odulio is Redbrick LMD’s Accounting Manager. In this role she oversees all Accounts Payable activities and ensures invoices are paid accurately and efficiently and also manages contract processing and maintenance, and inter-company transactions.
Prior to her role at Redbrick, Clarissa was at National Service Contractors, Inc where she was Executive Personal Assistant to the President and Office Manager. She oversaw and led business development, bidding processes and technical /financial analysis of government contracts, as well as conducted in-depth analysis of account transactions and bookkeeping.
Thomas Pignatelli has over 12 years of experience in commercial and residential construction in the Metropolitan Washington Area. At Redbrick LMD, he assists the partners and EVP of on all aspects of Preconstruction and Construction: assisting in and managing the design process, permitting, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, contract negotiation and construction management for all projects for Redbrick LMD located in the Washington, DC area.
Prior to joining the Redbrick team, Tom was a Senior Project Manager at Clark Construction leading construction management efforts of multiple residential buildings totaling over $250 million and 1,000 units.
Tom holds a B.S. in Business administration from the Williams School at Washington and Lee University.
Ross Pegram plays a key role in the firm’s acquisition underwriting, project-level modeling, and financial analysis of current and future investments.
Prior to joining Redbrick LMD, he was an analyst in the US Real Estate Fund Management department at The Carlyle Group. He was responsible for fund performance evaluation, carried interest and management fee forecasts, budget analysis, fundraising and investor relations support, and valuation support.
Ross received his BBA in Finance with a concentration in Financial Analysis from James Madison University.
Shauna Herrmann oversees the general project and fund level accounting function. She also supports all aspects of financial analysis, treasury, and investor reporting. In this role, she is focused on implementing and maintaining operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance and support company growth.
Prior to joining Redbrick LMD, Shauna was the Property Accounting Manager at Easterly Government Properties, a publicly traded REIT, where she supervised and trained a team of property accountants covering an 80-building portfolio of highly specialized commercial office space leased to various U.S Government agencies.
She began her career at Baker Tilly where she audited and advised real estate private equity investment funds and partnerships. Ms. Herrmann received her M.S and B.S, magna cum laude, in Accounting and Information Systems from Virginia Tech and is a licensed CPA.
Alison Wendel supports corporate decision making through financial evaluation and modeling. She also monitors asset performance and performs key financial analysis for reporting to lenders and equity partners.
Prior to joining Redbrick LMD, Ali was with Ernst & Young as a member of their Assurance practice. As a Senior Associate, she performed financial audits of public and privately held companies within the biotechnology and transportation industries. In this role, she was responsible for assessing operational processes and compliance with financial regulations.
Ali received her M.S. and B.B.A. in Accounting from James Madison University and is a licensed CPA.
Robert Levin is a Director and the Treasurer of the Bladder Cancer Advocacy Network and is a Trustee Emeritus at Morehouse College. He is a member of the Advisory Council of the Stanford Center on Longevity. He previously served on the board of Ellie Mae. Rob worked 28 years at Fannie Mae. He currently serves as a Senior Advisor to Redbrick LMD.
Admiral Christopher Weaver graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy with the Class of 1971, majoring in International Affairs. He holds a Master of Public Administration from The George Washington University and is a distinguished graduate of the Eisenhower School for National Security and Resource Strategy, The National Defense University.
He commanded U.S. Naval Station, Norfolk, Virginia, from 1994-96 immediately prior to assuming duties as executive officer to the director for Logistics (J-4), the Joint Staff. He was selected for flag rank in February 1997 and took command of the Naval District of Washington in February 1998 as its 83rd commandant, ultimately becoming the second-longest serving commander in the Naval District's 200-year history. In 2003, he was selected as the first commander, Navy Installations Command, where he led the creation of a unified command of some 70 Navy installations worldwide, employing 60,000 personnel and a $9 billion annual operating budget. Admiral Weaver retired after 35 years of service and now works as a private consultant.
Jason Cross leads Redbrick LMD’s Investor Relations group and supports capital formation, fund administration and stakeholder engagement. As a former licensed securities professional, Jason developed a wealth management practice serving high net-worth individuals and families for Fortune 50 financial institutions & investment banks during his career in financial services.
Prior to joining Redbrick, he was appointed Special Assistant to the Mayor of the District of Columbia serving in the Executive Office of the Mayor, and later as Deputy Director of the Walter Reed Local Redevelopment Authority responsible for day-to-day operations related to the redevelopment of the former Walter Reed Army Medical Center. His responsibilities included negotiating the acquisition from the US Army and the disposition to the master developer, managing federal grants & contracts, as well as community & stakeholder engagement.
Jason is a graduate of the University of Virginia with a degree in Philosophy and a concentration in Economics & Finance. He serves on the board of Living Classrooms of the National Capital Region and as Vice-President of the St. Albans School Alumni Association Board.
Prior to joining Redbrick, Eric was in a similar role raising capital for an Institutional real estate interval fund for almost 4 years, and before that he spent 7 years representing a firm that offers various alternative investment strategies via ’40 act funds. Since 2010, Eric has been a student of Alternative investments and has achieved his CAIA designation to better understand the landscape and be a valuable resource for RIA’s and family offices.
Eric takes pride in developing long-lasting relationships, seeks to understand the needs of wealth management firms, and takes a consultative approach to working with his contacts. He also feels strongly about representing firms that can deliver very high-quality products developed and implemented by high-quality and experienced teams.
David Osei has 5+ years of construction experience within the D.C Metro Area. At Redbrick, David assists the construction team on all aspects of Preconstruction and Construction. David assists the team in general construction and development activities, with a focus on all stages of construction of our mixed-use, multifamily, and commercial construction projects.
Prior to joining the Redbrick team. David was a Project Manager at James G. Davis construction and Jones Lang LaSalle where he primarily focused on corporate interiors at Davis and Construction Management Consulting at JLL. David is involved in the Washington Building Congress and has Chaired for multiple committees. David holds a B.S in Mechanical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and an MBA and PMP.
Daniel McGee is a Senior Development Associate and Director of Sustainability focusing on development execution of The Bridge District and portfolio-wide energy strategies. His core values strongly align with Redbrick LMD’s vision of shaping a truly sustainable built environment. Daniel’s background is in mechanical HVAC design with technical experience in healthcare, museums, artifact preservation, and data centers. In the DC area he has designed mechanical systems for The Museum of the Bible, The World Bank Headquarters, and Virginia Hospital Center.
Daniel holds an integrated Bachelor and Master of Architectural Engineering from Penn State, and an MBA from Georgetown University. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in DC, with a focus in HVAC & Refrigeration.
Sohael Chowfla has over fifteen years of experience in commercial real estate development. In his current role at Redbrick LMD, Sohael is focused on the development of the Bridge District and acquiring and developing new opportunities for the company.
Prior to joining Redbrick LMD, Sohael was a Director of Development for EDENS, where he was involved in the acquisition and development of over 2.7 million sf of residential, retail, office, and hotel assets across the Washington, DC metropolitan area. At EDENS, his primary responsibilities included site acquisition, entitlements and permits, JV structuring and financing, design and construction oversight, leasing, and disposition. Previously, Sohael worked as an architect and urban designer at Skidmore, Owings & Merrill in San Francisco, CA, where he provided design and development advisory services for commercial and institutional clients in Asia and the United States.
Sohael is a member of the Harvard Alumni Real Estate Board and is a licensed architect in DC, MD, and VA. Sohael received a Bachelor’s in Architecture from Rice University and a Master’s in Urban Planning with a focus on Real Estate and Urban Development from Harvard University.
Jeremy Feath has 8 years of construction experience in the D.C. Metro Area. At Redbrick, Jeremy assists the construction team on all aspects of Preconstruction and Construction. Jeremy’s general construction and development activities focus on all stages of construction of Redbrick LMD’s projects in the Washington D.C. area.
Prior to joining the Redbrick team, Jeremy was a Project Manager for Clark Construction leading construction management efforts on multiple projects including residential, museum and federal totaling over $250 million. Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering from Penn State.
Jay Walton provides investor relations, capital formation and stakeholder engagement support to Redbrick LMD’s Capital Markets team.
Prior to joining Redbrick LMD, Jay interned with Walker & Dunlop’s Capital Markets team in Houston as well as Congressional Capital LLC, a hard money lender and developer in the DC area. Jay recently graduated from Washington & Lee University with a BA in Economics where he was a four-year varsity swimmer, chairman of the school’s safe-ride program and president of his fraternity. Outside of work, Jay serves as a high school and collegiate lacrosse referee.
Erica Spruill supports Redbrick LMD’s development and construction activities, with a special focus on the underwriting, entitlement, design, permitting, and construction of the company’s planned 2.7 million-square foot Bridge District project in Southeast D.C.
Erica has experience working in Property Management with the vertically integrated company, Greystar. She holds her Real Estate License and is an active member of the DC Urban Land Institute. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and volunteering with the National Park Service.
Erica holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate and minor in Statistics and Analytics from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Rachel Smith supports financial reporting and risk management by assisting with all aspects of project and fund level accounting, financial analysis, budgeting, treasury, and investor reporting. In this role, she works closely with the development, capital markets and finance teams to support operations.
Prior to joining Redbrick, Rachel was an Audit Senior at Ernst & Young where she worked on audits for various financial services clients including mortgage lenders and wealth management firms.
She received her MBA and B.S in Accounting from Stockton University and is a licensed CPA.
Laney Flaesch is responsible for interacting with investors to service their requests, leading communication initiatives with investors, and working closely with operations to fulfill financial/tax reporting requirements in the investor portal.
Laney previously worked as an analyst in the insurance industry and interned in Investor Relations for Redbrick. She graduated from William & Mary with a degree in International Relations with a focus on Japanese and Mandarin Chinese.
Patrick Morelli is a Managing Director of Capital Markets, leading Redbrick LMD’s investor relations, capital raise and stakeholder engagement efforts in the Southeast. He is an accomplished financial services professional with 13 years of experience working with institutional and individual investors, RIAs and Family Offices.
Prior to joining Redbrick LMD, Patrick served as Principal for Hamilton Lane, building out their Private Wealth Channel with a focus on RIA’s, Multifamily Offices, and Family Offices. He was part of the team that helped introduce Hamilton Lane’s Private Equity, Private Credit, Infrastructure, and Secondary fund solutions to the private wealth community. In his previous role Patrick was Director for 361 Capital, a boutique alternative asset management firm, and was responsible for capital development throughout the U.S.
Patrick, earned his MBA from the University of Colorado, received a BA from the Metropolitan State University and currently holds a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation.
John Kilborne has nearly 10 years of experience in commercial real estate. In his current role at Redbrick LMD, John is focused on development at the Bridge District.
Prior to joining Redbrick LMD, John worked at Carr Properties, where he was involved in the development of office and mixed-use projects in Washington, DC, Boston, and Austin. Previously, John worked at MAC Realty Advisors, where he helped raise debt and equity for residential and mixed-use projects in the DC area.
John has an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a BA in Economics from Washington University in St. Louis.
Harrison Jennings provides investor relations, capital formation and stakeholder engagement support to Redbrick LMD’s Capital Markets team. As a Chartered SRI CounselorTM, he manages Redbrick LMD’s partnerships with impact investors and advisors across the country.
Prior to joining Redbrick, Harrison built a wealth management practice serving high net-worth individuals, foundations, and corporations in the Washington, DC metro area.
Harrison is a graduate of Vanderbilt University with a degree in Political Science and Computer Science and a concentration in International Relations and Data Analytics. He also holds the Series 7 and 66 securities licenses.
Carmen Strauchon has over a decade of experience developing large-scale mixed-use communities within Northern Virginia, Washington DC, and Cleveland, Ohio. At Redbrick LMD, her focus is on planning, entitlements, design oversight, and project coordination.
Prior to joining Redbrick, Carmen held various positions within Brookfield Properties and Forest City Realty Trust, where she worked on new development projects and led master planning initiatives for The Yards in Southeast DC. Also at Forest City, she worked to reposition over 2 million square feet of retail and led several large-scale master planning initiatives throughout the nation.
Carmen holds a BA in Art History from Saint Louis University and a BS in Architecture from Kent State University.
Brendan Barber has nearly 10 years of experience in commercial and residential construction in the Metropolitan Washington, DC Area. At Redbrick LMD, he assists the partners and EVP of Construction on all aspects of Preconstruction and Construction: assisting in and managing the design process, permitting, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, contract negotiation, and construction management for all Redbrick LMD projects located in the Washington, DC area.
Prior to joining the Redbrick team, Brendan was a Senior Project Manager at Clark Construction leading construction management / preconstruction efforts of commercial office, higher education, and multifamily residential buildings totaling over $450 million and over 1,000 residential units. Brendan received a BA from Lehigh University in architecture, and a Masters in Real Estate from Georgetown University where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.
Meg Thomas is leading the information technology and cybersecurity functions for the organization as it continues to grow. She is partnering with organizational leadership to drive systemic IT improvements across the company.
Meg has an MBA in IT Management from SUNY Albany and has 15 years of experience in the IT field, with a focus on project management.
Dana Regalado supports Redbrick LMD’s financial reporting and risk management by assisting with all aspects of project and fund level accounting, financial analysis, budgeting, treasury, and investor reporting. In this role, she works closely with the development, capital markets and finance teams to support operations.
Prior to joining Redbrick, Dana was an Experienced Audit Associate at RSM where she worked on audits for NFP and governmental clients.
Dana received her B.S. in Accounting from the University of the District of Columbia.
Carter Steuart supports Redbrick LMD’s efforts in underwriting development projects, fund level analysis, and corporate financial analysis. Prior to joining the firm, he gained valuable real estate experience as an intern at Greysteel, JBG Smith, and Paradigm Companies. Carter received his B.S.B.A from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina where he majored in Real Estate.
Tom McAuliffe serves as Director of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) for Redbrick LMD. He is responsible for the development of the Budgeting, Forecasting, and KPI reporting processes as well as supporting the long-term strategic plan for Redbrick LMD.
Prior to joining Redbrick, Tom worked in FP&A roles for The Washington Post, dentsu International, and Merkle Inc. In those roles, he supported the facilitation and build out of periodic forecasts, annual budgets, hiring and developing FP&A team members, and increasing operational efficiencies within Finance departments.
Tom received his B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh with a double-major in Economics and Sociology and is currently pursuing an M.B.A. from the University of Maryland, with a concentration in Corporate Finance.
Tyler Maroulis serves as Accounting Manager for Redbrick LMD. In this role, he manages the general accounting and financial reporting functions of property and fund-level entities. He is also responsible for implementing and maintaining operational policies that ensure financial reporting is prepared in compliance with internal financial policies, IRS requirements, and US GAAP.
Before joining Redbrick LMD, Tyler was a Senior Project Accountant at JBG Smith, where he oversaw the accounting and reporting for multiple buildings and funds. He also assisted in the audit of the publicly traded REIT and specialized in local taxes.
He received his B.S. in Accounting and Information Systems from the University of Maryland and is a licensed CPA.
Allen Eickelberg is the Managing Director overseeing the operations functions of the Capital Markets team at Redbrick LMD. He is focused on providing exceptional operational experiences for Redbrick investors, Wealth Management Partners, and other stakeholders.
Previously, Allen managed operations, technology, and information security at a nationwide independent investment advisor and Broker/Dealer. He is an avid advocate for creating accessibility in the financial services industry. He has served on industry technology & information security panels, advisory experience leadership groups, and advocacy groups for securities industry regulatory reform.
Allen earned his bachelor’s degree in business from Virginia Tech, is a CFP® Professional, and holds his FINRA Series 7 and 24.
Brian Pfeffer supports Redbrick LMD’s development and construction activities, with a focus on underwriting, entitlement, design, and permitting. Prior to joining Redbrick LMD, Brian's experience includes his role as an Analyst for the Howard Hughes Corporation. Brian is also an active member of the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association and the DC Urban Land Institute.
Brian holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a double major in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics, and Supply Chain Management, and a minor in Sustainability.
Trey Warlick supports Redbrick LMD’s development and construction activities, with an emphasis on underwriting, entitlement, design, permitting, and construction of the Bridge District and St. Elizabeths East. Trey has experience working in development and acquisitions with the Washington, DC based company, Lock7 Development. In addition to his role at Redbrick, Trey is an active member of the Washington Building Congress.
Trey holds a B.A. in Economics and a minor in Real Estate from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
